Great science fiction starts with a question.
Great films start with people.

We’re building a community to help develop, produce, and share films inspired by the short stories and novels of Robert A. Heinlein. Together, these projects will form the Heinlein Hegemony.

Our first campaign supports the startup of Life-Line as a full-length feature film. It’s the first step toward a much larger vision.

02/ OUR FIRST PROJECT

A scientist invents a machine that can measure a human life from beginning to end. His discovery promises certainty. But what happens when people learn how little time they have left?

THE FIRST MILESTONE

Developmental goal

We are not starting from zero.

We have secured the rights necessary for this project, and we have experience developing the property through both a graphic adaptation and our original short film. Now we have director and screenwriter Natalie Simpkins, who shares our vision of transforming Life-Line into a compelling feature-length production.

The startup funds will support script development, talent acquisition, and marketing and investor materials. Achieving that goal will allow us to move forward with a refined screenplay, recognizable talent, and a credible production path. ABOUT THIS CAMPAIGN
This campaign supports the film’s startup and development. The digital movie, end-credit recognition, premiere tickets, and cast-signed posters depend on the film being completed. Estimated reward delivery dates will be announced as production and fulfillment plans are confirmed, and supporters will receive updates if schedules change.
T-shirt sizing and shipping information will be collected during fulfillment. Shipping coverage and any additional charges will be stated before contributions are accepted.
